About Me
Myself
My name is Minn Myat Soe (or Min Myat Soe), a Myanmar walking disaster. I analyze networks for fun. I write programs for my sanity.
I am as quiet as a mouse, as filthy as a duck, as lazy and as brilliant as Peter Parker, a procrastinator, a son, a brother, an uncle, a programmer, a network administrator, an IT trainer, a Linux-obsessed, a Java-addict, a die-hard gamer, a buddhist and an atheist, bad at replying emails, and currently taking a serious technical training at Seattle, United States.
I have a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Yangon Technological University, and a post-graduate diploma in Management and Administration from the Yangon Institute of Economics, a brother, a sister, a niece, a wonderful girlfriend wife, a Dell XPS 1330, a Blackberry Curve 8320, and a Nikon D40 ;)
I used to play tennis almost every morning, have less worries, take guitar lessons, go to beer stations once a week for two years.
I do run SETI@Home on my computers to search for extraterrestrial lives in our universe, donate my CPU cycles calculating protein foldings to help finding the cure for Cancer, handcode my PHP programs, read Slashdotted news.
I like coffee, tea, rain, snow, thunder, cold beaches, blue mountains, Umeshu, sci-fi/mystery books, movies, heavy metal music, long-haul flights, watching people, gazing stars, taking pictures of just about anything, traveling.
